Birsel Law Offices is one of the oldest, most well-known and top tier law firms in Turkey. It was founded in 1923 by the late uncle of Prof. Dr. Mahmut T. Birsel, the current senior partner of the Firm.

Due to the retirement of Prof. Dr. Mahmut Birsel, the owner of the firm, Birsel Law Office has closed its doors and ceased to render legal services permanently on December 31, 2017.
